A J2EE Developer is required for a dynamic and established financial markets software house based in the City, London. You must have financial markets experience. Your core role will be to design and develop core product functionality as well as customising this firm's software applications for their clients. Please note you have to be an EU citizen to apply for this role.
Technical skills required:
It is essential that you are a competent J2EE developer.
Desirable but not essential:
Any knowledge of C#.NET, OLAP, MDX or real time application programming is advantageous but not essential.
The full technical environment you will exposed to and learn is:
Java, Apache, Hibernate, Spring, Eclipse, Maven, jUnit, C#, .NET, OLAP, MDX.

C#.NET Developer is required for a global financial information services firm based in Canary Wharf, London. You will be tasked with enhancing an existing C#.NET web based risk management application that is used by banks to determine risk with lending money to their clients. Ideally, you need to have worked with financials / balance sheet applications or pricing software. This does not have to be in a bank and could apply to many industries i.e. Accountancy firms, insurance firms, etc.
You will be joining a team of 7 which is part of a global team of around 40, all of which is growing constantly.
Developments will take place in 2-3 size teams, with you also being given single person projects.
Technical skills: C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server or Oracle, Javascript, Webforms.
Key aspects to the role are:
Creating new pages / extending existing pages

Soft skills:
